An 8 year-old Starts a Family Tradition

Jessi watched a Food Network program on Cheese Blintzes 

when she was only eight years old, recorded it, made her first batch,

and started a Family Tradition.

When she moved to South Carolina, I was distraught!

Would I ever have her delectable treats again?

Yes, every Christmas we can make it up there!

Here she is at twelve, preparing to spoil us again.
